FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ARE WE ALLOWED TO CHANGE THE PRICE OF OUR PRODUCTS?

You are allowed to change the price of your product each month, however, all pricing changes have to be approved by Bob Jonhson, your fearless sales manager, and must be supported by adequate rationale.

HOW DO WE INTRODUCE NEW PRODUCTS TO THE MARKET?

Teams are able to introduce new TTBas at the start of every month. Prior to introducing a new product to the market, you must present your rationale for introducing this product to BOTH Paul Proudy, VP Engineering, and Bob Johnson, VP Sales & Marketing. They will provide approval for any NPIs. Upon approval, they will provide the access to enter the second SKU on your engineering input files.

A change to an existing product is not considered a NPI.

IS THERE A COST ASSOCIATED WITH CARRYING INVENTORY?

Yes, there is a cost associated with carrying raw goods and finished goods inventory. These costs cover warehouse costs such as rent or a mortage on the property, utilities, property taxes, salaries of warehouse employees, and insurance costs.

The cost of carrying inventory for Parck is 12% of the value of the inventory per year, charged monthly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DON'T HAVE THE RAW MATERIAL TO PRODUCE A TTBA?

If you order the wrong component or you run out of material in the plant, an automated rush shipment of that component is ordered.  For prioritizing your orders over other customer and to accommodate for the overnight shipment, vendors charge significant fees which vary according to your supplier agreements.

HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE WITH SUPPLIERS, MANAGEMENT, AND CUSTOMERS?

Email is the best way to get ahold of suppliers and Parck's management team. There is a contact list in your outlook accounts that should direct you to the appropriate contact.

If you wish to speak with a vendor, customer, internal Tribolt employee, Union representative, and you do not see a contact for that person, please reach out to your functional manager.

DO WE START THE YEAR WITH ANY INVENTORY?

The team who was operating the business prior to your arrival placed orders with our vendors for arrival on January 1st as if you will continue to produce the same R50 as you did in prior years.

WHO IS ALBRIGHT?

Jim Albright, CEO of Albright Industries, is synonymous with TTBA excellence. For years competitors have tried to get a leg up to compete against the industry's behemoth, but Jim always keep Albright one step ahead, out-maneuvering the competition.
